As-Built Documentation
When the drawings don't match the field — or don't exist at all — we measure what's actually there and turn it into accurate, usable CAD.
We go to the site and document what is actually installed — not what the drawings claim. Legacy prints are frequently decades out of date, and the gap between them and the field is where projects lose time.
Every feature gets measured against an established datum so the resulting model is internally consistent — dimensions that agree with each other, not just with the tape.
Field data becomes a clean, layered, fully dimensioned drawing set or parametric model — delivered in your CAD environment and to your drawing standard, not ours.
As-built work is usually discovered mid-project — a tie-in doesn't line up, or the only drawing anyone can find is a scan of a 1980s print. We can scope a single piece of equipment or an entire facility.
